Erika Marks

This past weekend I got to work with Sam Wood and Emma Bahnson, two students at the University of Wisconsin-Madison on a class project called The Brown Shoes. Our concept was creating a Brecht meets Alice and Wonderland world through the oddity of the text. It was the first film that I got to not only act in, but also direct. It was an incredible experience, thank you to Jim Stauffer for helping us find the magic in this script and Bob Love for being extremely helpful with filming and giving professional opinions on the shoot date.
